Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our delivery policy when purchasing our rentals.
This policy will apply to EVERY ORDER you place with us.
All rentals must be returned to us in its original state. Cannot be damaged: scratched, ripped, cracked, cut…
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer delivery at the following rate:
Shipping method Fees
Under 15 miles $25
Between 15 - 45 miles $60
Over 45 miles $100
Events after 11PM or XL items or up to 70 miles $150
Delivery timeframe (same day option) is 1-3 hours.
All times and dates for delivery of rentals are given in good faith but are estimates ONLY.
DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF STATE / INTERNATIONALLY?
We DO NOT deliver items out of the state or country but we do plan out of state and out of the country events.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you at our earliest convenience and revise estimated time for delivery. If you have any further questions or concerns, you may reach us by phone.
Cancellation By Client
Client may cancel rental(s) at any time. Cancellations up to 90 days prior to the Event Date will be entitled to a 50% refund depending on event type. Cancelation up to 15 days prior to the Event Date will be entitled to a partial refund of 20% depending on event type. Cancelation less than 2 weeks prior to the Event Date WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.
